Melissa was born into a 3rd generation of home builders who took pride in providing housing for local Galvestonians. With a passion for real estate and interior design, she earned her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, received her real estate license in 2010 and also earned the Accredited Staging Professional designation. She has spent more than a decade on making dreams come true for families just like yours.

“My husband and I were selling our home in Galveston County It was waterfront property ... “My husband and I were selling our home in Galveston County. It was waterfront property and and it had a very specific floor plan. It was a townhouse on 4 lots, We had lived upstairs and my mother-in-law lived downstairs. The house would be great as investment property however, it could not be used as a vacation rental due to city requirements. There were many obstacles to overcome in selling this property. I have friend who works for this realty group however she lives in Montgomery County, she reached out to Melissa for me and we set up a meeting. Melissa arrived at my home and gave me a packet of information that was very helpful to guiding me in this process. Melissa looked over the house and communicated her vision and what goals we would be working towards to sell the house in a timely manner. Melissa staged the house for us as part of her service and came out with a photographer to take pictures and an aerial view of our property. Melissa checked in with us on a weekly basis and was always available to take our calls with questions or concerns. Melissa always had our best interest at heart. We had several offers for our property and to be honest at times I was getting pretty stressed out and she assured me that the right buyer would come along. Melissa placed calls and worked to get as many potential buyers as she could. Finally the day came and we had a buyer who was interested in purchasing the property and actually making upgrades to the house, my husband and I really wanted this for our home as we had lived there 21 years. The process of selling the house and making the necessary arrangements were flawless with Melissas expertise. We were now in the process of looking for our new forever home and downsizing at the same time.
